Supreme Court Mix up

The mix up by the Supreme court of India is a shame and quite shocking. What is even more shocking is that this case will be heard during first week of May instead during the "mention" time. Why should the four acquitted men spend a minute in jail and forgo their constitutional rights while the convicted enjoy their freedom?

The jurisprudence at the Supreme court is paramount because it has the final say and the judges who decided the case have conveniently retired. As a concerned citizen I would like to see some accountability because in my view, sending someone to jail who was acquitted of a crime is a cruel and unusual punishment.
